- WhatsApp phone number
- University or institution name
- Selected subscription plan
We also automatically collect basic usage data such as which AI model you use and how many queries you make, to manage your plan limits.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and activate your account
- To provide access to AI tools based on your plan
- To send account activation and renewal notifications
- To contact you for support via WhatsApp or email
3. Data Privacy & Security
Your account is 100% private. We never share your account, queries, or personal information with any third party. Each member gets a completely private account that no one else can access.
Your queries and conversations with AI models are not stored permanently and are not accessible to other users.
4. AI Queries
Your queries are sent to the respective AI providers (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT, DeepSeek for DeepSeek) through their official APIs. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not use your queries for training purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as you are a member. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp.
